I cant upload my custom theme to wordpress

  I have bought a theme from forest themes. I am unable to find out how to add the theme to the wordpress admin.
  Do you need premium to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,
  Sorry to say this, You can’t upload the theme to WordPress.com.
  You need to be using the self hosted version of WordPress to use the theme you have purchased.
