I can't upload my custon header

  I have created a custom header (with the proper dimensions), but when I try to upload it, it gives me a message — “Image cannot be processed. Please go back and try again.” I’ve tried over and over again, with both Internet Explorer and Firefox, and am still getting the same message. So stressed out!!! Please help!!!

  I was able to upload and apply your header image for you. :)

  Just out of curiosity, what version of Internet Explorer and Firefox are you using?

  I’m using Firefox 6.0 and Internet Explorer 8.

  After you fixed it for me, I was able to play around with the headers, adding and removing new ones, and it worked perfectly.

  But I just changed my theme, and my header and background disappeared. And, of course, when I tried to upload the header again, it gave me the same message.

  Could you please upload my header for me again? It’s the one that I attempted to load up last, with the blue feather.
