I can’t upload pictures!

  I cannot upload pictures! When I did (I tried both the Browser Uploader and Flash Uploader) it will be in some sort of trouble and then, when I clicked X to go out from the picture window, I can no longer edit anything in the post dashboard. If I clicked Refresh, it will just go and say error. Please help.
