I can’t upload pictures!

I’ve had my blog for two-three years now. I make a blog for an online game called “Club Penguin”, and I’ve been uploading pictures for nearly three years by clicking Print Screen SysRq button on the keyboard, and then saving it on Paint. Well I noticed recently, when I try to upload a picture, it will say “Security Guidelines not met” or something like that.
I’ve been using a JPG file for the past 2 years, and I don’t know what all of a sudden is happening with the picture uploading. Please help.

Well, I can’t upload pictures, I’ve never had this problem before. I’ve tried resizing them, and it works on the preview page but when I go to the actual blog a blank space appears. (said post is private atm) My address http://www.akaneindie.com Thanks for you help in advance!

There are numerous threads on the issue over the past two days; contact staff and let them know this is happening to you.
