I can't upload sound files

    Hi,

    I am trying to upload sound files in my post (mp3) but when I try to select them they do not appear in the window, though they do exist in my computer. Are mp3 files not supported by WordPress? If not, which kind of sound files are supported.

    This theme, Quentin, has seen an update in the form of a brand new theme, Quintus. You might start by updating your theme.

    Regarding audio files, this audio support article http://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/ states the following:
    “Note that, if you wish to upload audio files from your own computer, you will need to purchase the Space Upgrade. Please refer to our documentation on which specific audio files types can be uploaded to WordPress.com with this upgrade.”
