I can’t upload videos and still I paid for an upgrade

    Does anyone know why? It is n AVI file. At first it started to upload but only up to 75% and then in stopped. After that nothing is happening. I have been trying to upload over and over again but it does not work. And I paid for the upgrade!!
    Anyone able to give me advise please?
