I cant use add links in posts

    I cant insert links when posting new… so had to go with pasting links as such… It’s there but I cant use it….why??

    You can’t embed a link you your posts?

    Are you using the Visual Editor? If so, get the link to the site or article you wish to link to and copy it. Type the words you wish to be in the link like “this cool article” and select them. Click the LINK button on the toolbar and paste in the link, fill in the title with a description of the destination, and embed the link. The link will wrap around the text.

    If you are using the Text Editor, you can do the same with the link button, selecting the text FIRST, or you can write it in HTML.

    If you can’t find the link, switch to the Text Editor and look through the post HTML. It’s not hard to get used to reading it. You might find that the link is there, you just didn’t select the text first.

    Avoid link dumps, just pasting the link directly into the post as a raw URL. It’s really ugly and hard to read.
