I can't use in my posts

  Hi there,

  I want to add some extra space before and after a heading for easier reading in my posts. Odd thing happens then : I insert
  but after updating the
  disappears! No extra space … It’s driving me crazy. Is there someone who can help. How to use the
  or is there another way to add an extra blank space in posts? Or is this problem theme-related?
