i cant use my admin page on my website, and my site is not coming up under my account??

  i need to access plugins to update the ssl, as its breaking the law without it.

  According to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=sbw-wash.com your site is not hosted on WordPress.com (Automattic) but on Ai Networks Limited. This probably means that you use WordPress.org and will need to go to their forums to get help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  That also explains why you can’t see this site on this account, as WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely different sites. Read this support document to clear up any confusion: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.

  Hi thanks you for your speedy reply. that has now opened up a load more questions, i just need to update the ssl, and i cant work out how to do it now.
  as Ai Networks Limited. are not responding to my calls.

  As well i have lost my admin privilege?

  so i cant fix any of this?

  @sbwwash, as I and other users have mentioned multiple times before on this thread and your former threads, here on WordPress.COM we cannot help with these problems.
  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.COM (Automattic) so staff are not able to access files/data etc. in order to help.
  Your site will not appear in the account you are posting from, because WordPress.COM (where we are) and WordPress.ORG are two entirely different sites.

  Please post further questions on https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ as the WordPress.ORG staff and volunteers may be able to help.
