    Hi there,

    We don’t host openthedoor.net.au, and have no control over that domain’s DNS at the moment. The domain connection upgrade that connected openthedoor.net.au to the WordPress.com site, https://openthedoornetau.wordpress.com/, expired in June 2020, so that domain hasn’t been hosted with us for over a year. That site belongs to a different account…if you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.

    If you still want to host that domain on WordPress.com, you’ll need to buy a paid plan, which will allow you to add a new domain connection upgrade. Once that upgrade is restored, you’ll be able to add the necessary DNS records on our end. You’ll need to log into the correct account first before you’ll be able to buy a new plan for the site.

    If you don’t want to host that domain with us any more, contact support at the domain provider where you have that domain registered, and ask them to update the name servers to point to whoever you want to host the domain going forward, and then you can set the necessary DNS records at that provider. Or ask your domain provider to point the name servers back to their default value, i.e. so the DNS is managed by the domain provider directly, which would allow you to configure your DNS records directly with them.
