That theme doesn’t exist on WordPress.com:

It did exist. Manage my purchases says it’s a retired theme. I didn’t realize I had to regularly buy $50+ themes one after the other as they retire.

Ok. I tagged this thread with modlook for staff assistance.
Be patient while waiting. :) -
Hi there,
You bought that theme in March 2015. We can only refund themes for 30 days after purchase, and also can’t switch it with a different theme after that period, as we pay outside companies for the themes.
Why do you say you can’t use it any more? You should still be able to activate that theme if you go to Appearance ->Themes in the WP-Admin dashboard.

Retired themes cannot be activated on new sites any more, but once you’ve had any theme active on your site, Premium or free, you can reactivate it on the same site at any time.
