I can't view my blog when I am logged in

When I am logged into my WordPress dashboard, I am unable to open any other WordPress blogs that have a .com domain name (my own blog included). I am even blocked from previewing my posts. The only thing I can access is things within my Dashboard. If I try to access my own blog, or another .com WordPress blog the address bar can’t load, and says something about r-login. Someone else in my home who has a WordPress blog is having the same issue. I have tried re-setting Safari’s cookies and cache’s. I have the same problem with whatever computer I use.
Any help would be appreciated!

If you’d like you can also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, which may give us more information about the issue. You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service such as Snaggy.

Hi, this is what is showing up in the address bar, whenever I type it http://www.causeforjoy.com : [link removed by staff]
It seems like it might load, but then loops continuously back and forth with causeforjoy.com and the above address. Same thing happens with any other .com WordPress site.
P.S. I tried switching over to Chrome, and had the same problem.
