I can’t view my site

    Hi,

    I have a website http://www.migrainelessliving.com hosted with IONOS. I can’t get access to either view it or to get into the wp-admin from my home on either my iMac, iPhone or a windows PC on either Safari or chrome. I asked my son who is at home – he couldn’t, neither could my daughter on her iPhone in London

    The message I get is:
    ‘Safari can’t find the server’

    or on Chrome ‘ This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in migrainelessliving.com.
    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
    I contacted IONOS however they can see the website on both iOS and windows’.

    I had a screen share with Apple who checked to make sure that it wasn’t being prevented by a VPN and they suggested contacting WordPress

    I have contacted BT who host my internet to see if they are blocking it and the said not.

    The last time I viewed it ( a couple of weeks ago, I was making some changes, which I could see updated on Safari, however it was showing old images on Chrome. I have cleared all the Cache, restarted PC, but don’t know what else to do.

    We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact your hosting support.
