After verify search consol i can’t access my website. They told ‘This site can’t be reached’, Please tell me how can i fixed the problem

Can you share the URL of your website?
I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

Depending on the level of support that is included with your hosting plan, your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, hosted with NameCheap, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
In this case though, I recommend contacting NameCheap about this: https://www.namecheap.com/help-center/
