I can’t visualize the Theme I have purchased

    Good evening,

    I purchased the ‘Pena’ theme a couple of months ago, and now, when trying to start the project, the theme appears as ‘purchased’ (never expires) but I cannot visualize it properly (an entirely different one shows up) in order to work with it.

    I have read that I should have a .zip file, but I never received such thing.

    Could you tell me how to download and install it properly, please?

    You’ll need to set this theme up for it to look like the demo. Here you will find full instructions:

    Thanks a lot for your answer!

    So, I have to change every part myself, right? It looks nothing alike… Not even the background (which is black in my screen and white in the theme).

    I mean, what is the point in purchasing a theme like this if you have to change every little detail in all the parts (the basic details like colour, shapes, etc).

    Am I doing sth wrong?

    Hi there,

    The theme demo displays the capability of the theme. However, because your content will be entirely different and because there is a possibility you may want a different format (or have no content on your site at the time of activation), there usually is some setup involved. But, if you want your theme set up like the demo, the steps provided in this link should get you there:

    Alternatively, I can get your site set up exactly like the demo, but it would delete any current content on the site. Please confirm you would like for me to proceed with this by providing the URL of the site.

    Hi again Darrell, sorry, last question: what exactly would you be deleting with your setting the site as you mention? For the moment, it is only the logo that we have as far as I can see… (there were further advances but they have vanished somehow).

    Would I keep the logo as the starting point and have the Pena Layout as it looks in the demo?

    It would be perfect for my restarting everything.

    Sorry, but I was using it and it seems not-launched.. (I see one named “Hever Travel” instead of Pena).

    Could you re-launch it please with the Pena one? (loging out now)

    Looks like our first try did not set it up correctly. We have run the process again. Please check. The images will not be a match due to copyright, but it should look much more like the Pena demo site layout.
