i cant't change my blog background color

  i tried to change my background color but it’s not worked .
  when i choose black color as background it’s work in editor
  but it’s not appeared to my blog page why is that ?

  Hi, it appears you are changing the color at Appearance > Customize > Colors, and you would need the Custom Design Upgrade to change the colors in the Customizer, and I don’t see that you have the custom design upgrade.

  Go to Appearance > Background and set the color there and it will work for you.
