I cant't pay $18 per year.

    I dont have a credit card or postal number and can’t pay $18….can i still use my blog?

    Hi there. http://drishti10.wordpress.com/ is your FREE WordPress.com address. You can use that address for as long as you like, forever free. What’s more, you can register as many additional free blogs as you like, and they’ll always remain free (under the current terms and/or for as long as WordPress.com exists, at least).

    The $18 a year is only if you want to register a custom domain, i.e. drishti10.com rather than drishti10.wordpress.com. That is entirely optional.
