I can´t get to my website, what can I do?

  I can´t get it to my website (www.macont.com.mx) I have made the changes that were in WordPress but I still can´t. Neither I can use my last web adress (www.macont.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Did you just recently change your domain’s nameserver records? I ask because while a Whois lookup gives updated nameservers that point to WordPress.com, the actual nameservers which are attached to your domain (available through what is called a “dig” command) are:

  i.mx-ns.mx.
  o.mx-ns.mx.
  x.mx-ns.mx.
  m.mx-ns.mx.
  c.mx-ns.mx.
  e.mx-ns.mx.

  If you have only just changed your nameservers in the last few hours then this is normal and your domain just needs some additional time to update. But if it has been more than 72 hours since you changed your nameservers, you will need to reach out to your domain registrar and let them know that something may be wrong. They should be able to fix it for you.

  Hi WordPress people,

  I’m having issues with my domain because I’m not able to manage my domain from your web page. When I log in I can see my primary domain but there is no option to edit my domain. I need to configure my Mx records. Another thing is that I need to add your name servers in my domain host that is domain discount 24. I need the name servers and the IP addresses from your name servers

  Can you help me?

  Hiya,

  Our nameservers are:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  We do not have an IP address for your account which we can provide you, as our system is not configured in a way which allows for pointing domains via IP address. You can only point domain names via nameserver.

  In regards to MX records, you can manage those via your DNS interface. You can get there by logging in to your Dashboard and then going to Store >> My Domains >> Edit Domain >> DNS. We have a help article which will walk you through the whole process:
