Hi ! I change my URL name domain by mistake and now I can’t have acces in my account. Do you know how to put it back?

The problem is when i try to connect to http://mysite.com/wp-admin I get redirect to the new site URL that is not hosted. I need to modify the Site URL back to Original. How can I acces the admin to revert this mistake?

I don’t have the acces with my personnal connection. The only way i’m able to login in this website is by http://www.fixsante/admin. My programmer maybe have this kind of acces but he’s not answering right now and it’s kind of urgent.
