I changed my blog address, but it didn't take.

When I first started my blog my address was rickyspracticeblog1 I changed a week ago to life afterbodilydeath It doesn’t seem to have worked. When I go to my blogs in my dashboard I have two blogs now, but I can’t go to my new address.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That blog is functional http://lifeafterbodilydeath.wordpress.com/ and as you have no content in http://rickyspracticeblog1.wordpress.com/ I’m not clear on exactly what you are trying to achieve.
You can, of course, make the first blog private and use it for testing and backup purposes. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
And, you can link your username to the new “primary blog”.
Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Primary Blog‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.

Is the blog registered under rickyspracticeblog1 and “hidden”?

It says I have two blogs. The reason it doesn’t have any content is I’m trying to get it straighten out first. The two blogs are the same blog. The second one appeared after I changed my address. None of my blogs are hidden. I’m kind of simple minded. I just want one blog.
