I changed my blog address, will my subscribers still receive email updates?

  I recently changed my blog address and would like to know if my 31 subscribers will still be able to find my new address… and will they still receive updates in their inbox?

  (I did not choose the option to have my old address redirect to the new one)

  Yes, if you used the Change Blog Address tool, your subscribers were transferred over to your new URL.
