I changed my contact email but it won't confirm

I am trying to change my contact email and the message says I will receive a confirmation email that I should confirm. But the email I received says I should ignore the email if I did make the change (and there is no link to confirm).

The message you noted is sent to the current email address associated with your account. A verification link is sent to the new email address. Log into that email account to find the email and verify the change.
