I changed my domain to the fre wordpress.com and was still charged, please help!

  I changed my domain to the free wordpress.com domain a couple of weeks ago and I was still charged, I would like a refund of my $26.00. Thank you

  I’m happy to refund this charge for you. Just to confirm, you no longer want the domain danandlynnon4dacres.com. Is that correct? Please note, once a domain is cancelled, it is sent back to the registrar. It may or may not become available for purchase again in the future.

  Just reply back to confirm, and I’ll cancel it right away!

  The free domain Danandlynnon4Dacres.wordpress.com is fine, I do not want the Danandlynnon4Dacres.com domain anymore. Please refund my $26.00, Thank you and thank you for replying so quickly.

  I have cancelled your domain and fully refunded your purchase, as requested. Please note, it may take up to a week for the refund to appear on your statement.

  The domain itself will get sent back to the registrar. The registrar will decide when to release it back to the open market, which is not guaranteed, but which usually happens within a few days.
