  I want to remove THE from my domain name.

  Hi there,

  You can update your blog address (that would be the part of the address before .wordpress.com in your blog URL):
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  You’ll want to go to your Dashboard > My Blogs and hover over the name of your blog. There you’ll see a link to “change blog address” – click on that and follow the instructions.
