I changed my URL and have no access to the console AND the wp-admin page to chan

    I bought a wordpress website not too long ago, and I was interested in knowing what changing the URL would do, so I did… Now I can’t access the website, or the wp-admin page. And the person I bought it from did not transfer over the console, if there is one. So I cannot change my website URL back and I really need to fix this! Is there any possible way to do this?
