I changed my URL, and I want to change it back.

  Long story short I thought my privacy was going to be invaded and I changed my URL for a week. Well, now I tried to change it back, but apparently I own another blog that has the old URL that I can’t delete or rename (Or, well, reURL). Is there a way to change it back?
  (The new url is Patslair.wordpress.com, which I wish to change back to pwesty.wordpress.com)

  You can’t just change the name back, but it looks like you did not permanently delete the old pwesty.wordpress.com blog and it is still available in your account. You could copy the data from patslair.wordpress.com to pwesty.wordpress.com using Tools → Export and Toos → Import if you’d like. You would need to re-do the settings such as blog title, theme choice, and widgets though.
