I changed my username to 'oxsyn' and selected the option to have a blog created

  Based on the options I selected, ‘oxsyn.wordpress.com’ should have been created – however it was not. I cannot created it now because it says it’s in use.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
