    i changed my wordpress address url in SETTINGS – GENRERAL. cannot login anymore.
    I have tried all sorts of tutorials to get to login to my admin page with no success.
    Things i gave tried : 1.editing wp-config.php define(‘WP_HOME’,’http://example.com’);
    define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’http://example.com’);
    2. Gone into my php admin and changed wp-options site url and home.
    3. added the define(‘RELOCATE’,true); into wp-config.php.

    What next? I would appreciate it a lot if someone is willing to go into my site via cpanel and see what is going on. I am really stuck now and need urgent help Please.

    Hi,

    You may change the Site Title and Tagline at Settings General, but not the Site Address or URL. Changing the site title or tagline, or anything else that may be modified at General Settings would have no effect on whether you can log into the site. Nevertheless, there is some kind of problem with the site http://africaphotogalleries.co.za/wp/, or the account, since the site presently doesn’t display. I’ve tagged the topic for staff attention.

    I hadn’t noticed before that http://africaphotogalleries.co.za/ is not a WordPress.com site.

    This support forum is solely for issues regarding WordPress.com accounts and websites, and http://whateveritscalled.com is not a WordPress.com site.
