I changed the Admin URL and now I cannot login to the dashboard, is there a fix?

I altered the admin URL. I have the correct password and e-mail that was sent but I cannot login. Which is the following:
My account is different
An instance of WordPress was installed on http://jamespostels.com
Full installation path: /home/jpostels/public_html
Public URL: http://jamespostels.com/
Admin URL: http://jamespostels.com/wp-admin/
Username: Jpostels
Password: @#********
MySQL database: jpostels****
MySQL user: jpostels****
Time of installation: Monday, 10th September, 2012 @ 04:14:27 PM
DO NOT REMOVE the file named fantastico_fileslist.txt from the installation directory. It is used for uninstalling this application.My website shows up altered now. Is there any solution?

I have no idea what the heck is going on in this post. However, I resolved the issue myself.
Steps:
1) Contact the Web hosting service.
2) Explain the problem clearly
