I changed the theme from Mayland to Cubic

    I changed my theme from Mayland to Cubic. It shows that the Cubic theme is active, but when I push select customize, it shows me the Mayland theme as though I never changed it. How do I get it to change to Cubic instead of Mayland?

    Of what site are you speaking? I don’t see any sites in the account you’re using to post here.

    Activating a new theme on a WordPress.com site only changes the design. It won’t change anything regarding the existing layout.

    So if you have the default static front page of Mayland active on your site, that page will still be the front page after you switch to Cubic, and you’d need to change your site’s homepage settings to show latest posts on the front page if you wanted Cubic’s grid-layout on the front page, for example.
