  I chose the wrong theme for which I now should pay for. I do not want this theme and do not want to upgrade to premium. How can I correct this false move?

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any Premium themes, which suggests you used a different account. What is the address of the site you chose the wrong theme for?

  Could you try logging in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to a reply here?
