I cleared the cache but the website does not show the colour palette I chose

  The colour customisation of my theme does not show on my blog (colour blog). Deleting cache etc. does not help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. Do you own the Custom Design upgrade for this blog? You won’t be able to change the colour scheme without it. You can only change the background colour without having the upgrade.
