I closed my site but just got charged a renewal fee

I need this turned off and refunded. I went in the site and it shows I have no account

Hi @gfgeyer, no worries, we can help with a refund. We do need you to log into the account that’s associated with the upgrade, though. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:
