I contacted Support yesterday but need more help -transcript below

  lightinspired How can I post to the Sticky Page and have the post appear on a separate page, i.e. I want to have a page for poetry, a page for photography etc & want my posts to also appear on that page? I seem to be able to assign a category but not a Page….
  Jerry Hi there, it’s not possible to add a category to a page.

  Jerry That is something you can do with posts only, but we do create automatic ‘Category pages’ you can add to your menu

  lightinspired I have an About Page and wanted to add the following pages… Poetry, Photography, Writing but when I post the post does not go to those pages so what is the point of being able to set them up? I can assign Categories but wanted people to be able to click on the individual page that interests them…

  lightinspired I have two other blogs which will be replace by this one, a photography blog and a poetry blog and have been using Categories on them but saw that you can set up Pages so I thought I would do that instead. I can set the Pages up but can’t get posts on them…

  lightinspired I currently have a WordPress account under Light Inspired. In the Settings it says I can change my sign on (which I was thinking of doing, to Communicating Creatively). How will this affect the other Blogs (as I was going to leave them running for a little while) whilst I get this up and running. Am I better off starting with a new WordPress account?
  Jerry If you change your user account name (your public display name) it will apply to all sites under your account. So you will appear as ‘Communicating Creatively’ in posts and comments on all of them
  Jerry So in that case what I recommend is actually creating the site under your main account
  Jerry but then creating a second user account, and ‘inviting’ them to the site
  Jerry Then you just need to log in as them when you need to post
  Jerry And there is a way to assign them as the ‘author’ of a post you write in your other account
  lightinspired I think I did create it under existing account. Not sure I no what you mean about a second user account or how I would do that.

  Jerry If you use an email address that is different than (email visible only to moderators and staff) to sen that invite out, in the email itself will be a link to create a new user account
  Jerry It’s the easiest way to kill two birds with one stone, as you will get a second user added to the site right away.
  Jerry You just need to be sure to keep your second set of login info (username, password) straight

  Can’t seem to get in touch with Support. The link just seems to take me back to the Forum all the time.
  I have accessed the links I was supplied with yesterday re Categories however when I look at my Menu I cannot find the “+” symbol they are talking about….need help please….
