I could not access the site (merryheartstuffs.com)

    I wanted to change the Theme to Da Vinci Woo because I am using Woocommerce. The problem, every time I upload the downloaded said theme, it always appears, ‘please activate the Alidropship plugin.’ I intend to utilize the site to AliExpress Dropshipping,’ but error always occurs. I already approached both NameCheap.com and BlueHost, both could not determine the problem. Kindly help me, please. My email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    We can’t really help you here either.

    We don’t make the theme you want to use, so we have no control over how it works.

    This theme is made by alidropship.com, and it sounds like they require that you use their specific plugin in order to use this theme.

    AliExpress Droppshipping for WooCommerce, sold on WooCommerce.com, is a completely different plugin, and not the one this theme apparently requires, so the theme won’t work with that one.

    For more help with this, please contact support at Alidropship.com directly, as they’re the only people who can answer questions about how their theme and plugin works.
