  I still could not do what was recommended by @shawnajroberts it seem that mine is a problem of basic computing. AlthoughI have been blogging for while the technical side is proving to be a very big challenge. I want to improvve but get stuck everytime I try to apply the technicalstuff.

  You should return to the Why am I being asked to change my profile picture? thread and report on your attempts to create screenshot there. Moving the discussion to another topic will not help. : )
