    I can see that you’ve connected ccallegany.org to this user account. You’re in the right space. The next thing you need to do is add a hosting plan for the domain. Those options are outlined on https://wordpress.com/pricing/ The personal plan will be enough to get going on, and then you can upgrade further later on if that makes sense for your project.

    Since your domain is already connected you should only pay the difference between that and the plan total. Write back if more help is needed.
