I couldn't upgrade to pro

  I tried to upgrade my blog subscription from free to pro, but I couldn’t.
  I got the message that my credit card is issued from unsupported country.
  What does that mean?
  Anything that I can do to overcome this obstacle?

  CC processing is through PayPal, so they set the country policies. They block quite a few.
