I decided to cancel my business plan.
-
I decided to see if I could get a refund for my upgrade to the business plan since I was not happy with the restricted use of the theme’s I had tried. I found out that it was pass the 30-day refund period and that I could cancel the plan and that canceling would only insure that the plan would not auto renew when the year had passed. I went ahead with the cancelation process knowing that a year from now I would have long forgotten to cancel it. I was also under the assumption that since I wasn’t getting a refund I would still have full use of the business plan for the rest of the year. I noticed an email had arrived confirming that I wanted to cancel the business plan and hit “confirm”. Immediately the web page I was working on reverted to the Free plan and even thou my account shows that I have paid the $299 for the business plan.
So as it stands now, I paid $299 for the business plan and it is pass the refund period. Knowing that I wouldn’t get a refund, I canceled the plan thinking that I would still be able to use it for the time remaining on the year, just that it wouldn’t be Auto charged when the year was up.
$299 is a lot to pay for the basic free plan don’t you think? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
