  hey i deleted my blog FDMEE.wordpress.com and now i want to get it back. i don’t need the content. I am ok with starting from scratch. but want to be able to use the name FDMEE.Wordpress.com again.

  Sorry but deleting any .wordpress.com blog URL is not easily done and what you ask to do is not possible. Deletion is permanent and irreversible just like all t warnings said. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
