  Today , i delete my webblog aspirecreation.wordpress.com but can not creat new.
  i want to user this URL aspirecreation.wordpress.com but can not creat new.

  Deleting a site address can’t be reused by anyone, including you. So aspirecreation.wordpress.com address is gone forever. You will have to use a new address for your blog.
