I deleted a blog..now I want to restart it, but cannot…

  So, I deleted a blog robynokrant.wordpress.com. Now I want to use the same title to create a new blog. When I try to create it, I get this message: Sorry, that site already exists!

  And when I type the full URL into my address bar, I get this message: “robynokrant.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  The authors have deleted this site.”

  What can I do to start blogging at robynokrant.wordpress.com again?

  You can’t. That’s why there are three warnings that it is permanent and irreversible, and an email confirmation. Pick a new URL.

  Ah. So, are you saying once a blog name is used and the blog deleted, the URL is never usable again? I knew I was losing all the material on the blog — I archived it and wasn’t concerned about that. But since no one else is using the URL now, I thought I’d be able to pick it up again.
