I deleted all plugins by accident without backup – HELP!

Is there a way to recover the site with plugins?! I’m learning wordpress and took over for a non-profit and I accidentally deleted the plugins

since there are no sites under your account, you’re probably talking about a site that is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
