I deleted my account and domain by accident, how do I get them back?

Through some bad advice and my own lack of understanding I have deleted my domain and the account associated with it.
I’ve been attempting to transfer my site to Siteground, I thought this was complete so deleted everything from WordPress, and now the site does not exist and I cannot access my account to reclaim it and change the domain settings to point to the Siteground servers.
I thought that it was safe to delete as I changed the settings on Wednesday, but it now looks like that didn’t work and the deletion may have been premature.
There’s no way for me to contact WordPress about this, despite numerous attempts. I’ve tried to recover the account but it just sticks me in an endless loop of password reset requests and recovery requests.
All I need is to change the domain data to point to the Siteground servers. Is this still possible?
