please help, i created an account using my work email, and deleted it. I need to use the same work email to create a new account
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

If you are talking about a wordpress.com account, you’ll have to wait for 30 days, https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/#re-using-an-email-address.
The only solution is to restore your deleted account, change the email address to another one. -
Hi there,
The email address associated with that deleted account will be released in 30 days. Then you’ll be able to use it on your new account.
If you’re in a hurry, we can restore the deleted account, update its email address to a throwaway one and free up the one you want to use.
To proceed with the second option, please reply to the account closure email you’ve received and we’ll get the process started.

I’m afraid we can only do that if the request comes from the actual email address in question.
When you closed that account, we sent you a confirmation email to that address. Please reply to that directly to request that we restore the account.

Hi there can you resend the email to (email visible only to moderators and staff). I deleted the mail and emptied trash. I cant recover that mail now

We don’t have any way to resend that email manually.
Instead, please email passwordhelp[at]wordpress.com from that email, and someone will be in touch to help with this.
