I deleted my blog but wish to now use it again

  I would like to start using my previous blog http://www.itwillreadmother.wordpress.com again, however when I log into my account it tells me I have no blogs, and when I try to create a blog using that address, it tells me that name is taken. When I visit that site it tells me the author deleted the blog (which I did). My question is – how do i start using it again?

  You don’t. Deletions are permanent.
