I deleted my domain cause Chat said I was elgible for refund. I haven’t got it

    Hey! I used the AI chat to cancel a few things. The premium plan was refunded, but I was also told that once I cancel my domain, I will get that refund as well since it falls within the timeline. I went ahead and did that, but now it says I’m not eligible. Please, I need the refund.

    Hi there! While the domain was outside the 96 hours of refund window, I have made an exception and issued a refund for the same.

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
