Hello everyone, I deleted my domain name by mistake, is it possible to restore it?
    “solareco.fr”
    thanks in advance

  • It looks like you’ve canceled the domain name, meaning you no longer own it.

Please let us know which of these options works best for you:

Wait: You can wait about five days from cancellation for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider.

Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here after all, buy a plan, skip the domain option, then update us here.

    hello,

I would like to have my auth info code for the solareco.fr domain. because the domain is always marked as “parked”.

    thanks in advance

  • Hi there,

I’m not sure what you mean by “auth info code” can you clarify? Thanks!

you told me that I could buy the domain from another provider after 5 days. the solareco.fr domain has still not been available for 1 month. I would therefore like to be able to retrieve the identification code associated with the domain name

  • Hi there,

I’m afraid you received some inaccurate information in the original reply we gave here.

With most domains, they do get released a few days after cancellation if you cancel in the refund period, as my colleague explained.

But this is not true for .fr domains like the one you had. If you cancel a .fr domain, regardless of when you cancel it, the domain remains parked at our domain provider until expiration, and is then only released after it expires at the end of a year and goes through the redemption process.

In this case, if you still want to use the domain, you’ll need to pay us again for the registration, and then we can restore the domain for you. Once the domain is restored to your account, you’ll be able to request a transfer code and transfer it somewhere else.

I’m sending you a link via email that you can use to pay for the domain’s registration again. Let us know here once you’ve completed payment, and we can restore the domain to your account.
