I deleted my home page that relates to the "home" tab.

  I made the mistake of deleted the home page and I need to know how to add it back in such a way that it links to the home page tab? Help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  you don’t have any blog Posts. You only have static Pages. Write a blog post and it’ll go to that tab.

  Your home page is your blog front (your main blog URL) – you can’t delete that unless you delete the whole blog. But your blog front must have something to display. You should either add posts, as raincoaster said, or set your front to display a static page instead (in Settings>Reading).
