I deleted my menu buttons for my blog, how do I fix this?

  I deleted my menu buttons, is there a way to create new menu buttons? What do I do? Please help!!!

  You can restore any page or post that you deleted from your Trash.

  You can create a custom menu and add only the items you want in it to it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ The “menu” is the entire bar including all items in it.
